Method and transparency

Know what you provide, what we do and what you receive.

Each service explains what information it needs, what checks it performs and what it delivers. You can review the results and decide how to use them.

From data to result

A process you can understand in four steps.

01

You provide the required information

The customer supplies the data required by the service and remains responsible for its lawful use and accuracy.

02

We run the checks

Rules, checks and structured processes handle only the information needed for the task.

03

We show you the results

You receive the result in the format specified for the service, with the explanations needed to understand it.

04

You decide how to use them

The customer reviews, verifies and decides whether and how to use the result.

Common principles

The same standards, including for future services.

01

Clarity

The purpose, required data, result and limits of each service are described before use.

02

Data minimisation

Only data needed for the requested service is processed, avoiding excessive or sensitive information.

03

Traceability

Where applicable, requests and results carry references, versions and controls that support review.

04

Consistency

Equivalent conditions follow consistent rules, reducing arbitrary steps and needless repetition.

05

Security

Access, credentials, system separation and technical controls are managed in proportion to the service.

06

Human control

MachineSignal prepares checks and results; the customer remains responsible for decisions and next actions.

Transparent responsibilities

What MachineSignal does and what stays with the customer.

MachineSignal

  • runs the checks described for the purchased service;
  • organises and delivers the result in the stated format;
  • reports limits, errors or conditions preventing a valid result;
  • keeps steps requiring approval separate.

The customer

  • supplies lawful, relevant and accurate data;
  • reviews the result before using it;
  • approves any external communication or action;
  • retains control over business decisions.

Stated limits

Operational support, not a promise of outcome.

Results depend on available data, service rules and the time of processing. They do not guarantee sales, revenue or absolute accuracy and do not replace legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

More detail

From the general method to service-specific rules.

Each service separately states its required data, checks, delivery format, commercial conditions and specific limits. The earlier methodology page about list assessment remains available as a technical DEC-250 resource in Italian.
