1. Service scope
DEC-250 analyses an existing B2B Italy list owned and supplied by the customer and returns one explained and auditable decision for each valid record. MachineSignal does not sell lists, find new contacts or guarantee sales or commercial opportunities.
2. Input and customer responsibility
The package includes up to 250 valid outputs. The customer submits company records in the format supported by the selected route: Excel or CSV in the customer area, or structured data through the authenticated route for software and AI agents. The customer must use only lawful, relevant B2B data that is sufficient for the analysis.
During initial validation, duplicate records, records missing the minimum elements, records not relating to an Italian B2B company, and records that cannot be technically analysed are rejected for correction or replacement through the route and within the time stated in the order. They do not consume valid units, and the package cannot exceed 250 valid outputs in total.
3. Included output
For each valid record, DEC-250 may provide an opportunity score, confidence, priority, decision, concise reason, relevant uncertainties and suggested internal route. The result can be viewed and downloaded from the customer area; JSON is also available through the software route.
Scores are informational assessments based on available data. They do not guarantee a sale, response, revenue or absolute suitability of a company.
4. Validity and consumption
An output is valid when it contains the essential elements described in section 3 and is technically viewable and downloadable. Invalid or duplicate records and technically incomplete outputs do not consume one of the 250 included valid units.
A repeated identical request must not cause double consumption when the system recognises it as a duplicate.
5. Price, payment and renewal
The service price is 49 EUR for one DEC-250 package. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Each additional package requires a new order.
The checkout shows the final amount due before payment. The service starts only after verified payment and correct receipt of the input.
6. Delivery and availability
Delivery takes place in the customer area or through the authenticated channel associated with the order. Delivered files remain available for download for 90 days unless a different period is expressly stated in the order summary. The customer must download and retain its own copy within that period.
7. Excluded actions and customer control
DEC-250 does not contact companies or individuals, send messages, write to a CRM or run campaigns. The customer reviews the outputs and independently decides whether and how to use them.
8. Corrections, credits and refunds
For a technically invalid output, the ordinary remedy is, as appropriate, reprocessing, replacement or restoration of an incorrectly consumed unit. If the issue cannot be corrected, the Refund and Credit Policy applies.
A valid output does not automatically qualify for a refund merely because the customer disagrees with the assessment or does not obtain the expected commercial outcome.
9. Continuation with ACT-25
Purchasing DEC-250 does not guarantee access to ACT-25. Continuation requires all conditions set out in the ACT-25 Service Conditions, including a paid and delivered DEC-250 order for the same customer, exactly 25 qualified outputs and a continuation entitlement signed by MachineSignal.
10. Specific approval
Where required under Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the customer separately approves sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 of these Service Conditions, in addition to the clauses identified in the General Terms.
